Add yeast, sugar, salt and yeast to the milk.
Add this milk and the beaten egg to the all purpose flour and mix.
Now add in the olive oil and knead for about couple of minutes. Cover with damp muslin cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, make 4 dough balls and roll into circles with the help of a rolling pin while dusting with flour.
Spread the shredded halloumi and mozzarella cheese on half side of the manakish.
Mix 4 tbsp of olive oil with the zaatar spice. (You can add more zaatar and olive oil if you like the flavor to come out very strongly)
Spread 1 tbsp of zaatar on the other half of the rolled out dough.
Bake in a preheated oven of 180 C for about 15 - 20 minutes. Serve hot.
