4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs ½ cup honey ½ cup Dijon mustard or a mix with yellow mustard 1 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar optional 1 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish
Prep the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Make the Sauce: Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
Assemble in the Crockpot: Place the chicken in the crockpot. Pour the sauce over it, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
Cook: Cover and cook:
Low: 6-7 hours
High: 3-4 hours
Optional Sauce Thickening: Simmer the liquid from the crockpot on the stove for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
