Ingredients
2cupscooked chickenshredded
8ozcream cheese, softened
½cupranch dressing
½cupbuffalo wing sauceadjust to taste
1 ½cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1 ½cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
1tbspchopped green onionsoptional, for garnish
Instructions
Prep the Chicken:
If using fresh chicken, cook and shred it. You can use a rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Combine Ingredients:
In a Crockpot or Instant Pot, add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and both cheeses. Stir until well combined.
