Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions optional, for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Chicken:

  • If using fresh chicken, cook and shred it. You can use a rotisserie chicken for convenience.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a Crockpot or Instant Pot, add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and both cheeses. Stir until well combined.

Cook in Crockpot:

  • Set the Crockpot to low and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese has melted.

Serve:

  • Stir the dip well before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve with chips, crackers, veggies, or bread for dipping.

Notes

  • Adjust the buffalo sauce for more or less spice.
