Instructions

Step 1: Prep your potatoes

  • Wash and dice your potatoes into small cubes so they cook faster. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the diced potatoes with a little salt and pepper. Cook them until they are golden on the outside and soft in the middle.

Step 2: Cook the turkey

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Break it apart with a spoon.

Step 3: Add onion and garlic

  • Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft and smells amazing.

Step 4: Season it up

  • Sprinkle in paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Step 5: Cook potatoes

  • Add potatoes into the skillet with turkey. Pour in a splash of water and cover the skillet. Let it cook until potatoes are soft, about 15 minutes. Stir a few times so nothing sticks.

Step 6: Finish and serve

  • Top with shredded cheese if you want, and sprinkle parsley before serving.
