Ground Turkey Stroganoff Recipe
Ground turkey stroganoff is my cozy weeknight hero. It is creamy, cheap, and makes teens and grown ups happy. This is one of my go to easy ground turkey recipes for dinner that feels fancy but takes like 30 min.

Ingredients

pound
ground turkey
8
ounce bag
egg noodles
or any pasta you got
1
small
onion
chopped tiny
2
garlic
cloves minced
1
cup
mushrooms
sliced optional
2
tablespoon
flour
2
cups
chicken or beef broth
1
cup
sour cream
or plain yogurt
2
tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
to taste
Black Pepper
to taste
Chopped
parsley
for garnish optional
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Noodles
Boil water with salt. Toss in noodles and cook like the bag says. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Meat
In a big pan, brown ground turkey with onion and garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook until no pink and a little brown.
Step 3: Make Sauce
Sprinkle flour on turkey. Stir 1 minute. Slowly pour in broth and Worcestershire. Toss in mushrooms if you like. Let it bubble 5–7 min to thicken.
Step 4: Stir In Cream
Turn off heat. Mix in sour cream. Taste and adjust salt. Add more broth if too thick.
Step 5: Combine and Serve
Stir noodles into the pan. Sprinkle parsley if you want to look like you got it all together. Eat warm.
Notes
Tips
Cook noodles while turkey cooks to save time.
Add smoked paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor.
Splash a little broth when reheating leftovers to make sauce creamy again.
Variations
No Mushrooms:
Swap for peas, corn, or just skip.
Low Dairy:
Use dairy free sour cream.
Extra Veggies:
Add spinach or zucchini at the end for sneaky greens.
Different Protein:
