Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Noodles

  • Boil water with salt. Toss in noodles and cook like the bag says. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Meat

  • In a big pan, brown ground turkey with onion and garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook until no pink and a little brown.

Step 3: Make Sauce

  • Sprinkle flour on turkey. Stir 1 minute. Slowly pour in broth and Worcestershire. Toss in mushrooms if you like. Let it bubble 5–7 min to thicken.

Step 4: Stir In Cream

  • Turn off heat. Mix in sour cream. Taste and adjust salt. Add more broth if too thick.

Step 5: Combine and Serve

  • Stir noodles into the pan. Sprinkle parsley if you want to look like you got it all together. Eat warm.

Notes

Tips

  • Cook noodles while turkey cooks to save time.
  • Add smoked paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor.
  • Splash a little broth when reheating leftovers to make sauce creamy again.

Variations

  • No Mushrooms: Swap for peas, corn, or just skip.
  • Low Dairy: Use dairy free sour cream.
  • Extra Veggies: Add spinach or zucchini at the end for sneaky greens.
  • Different Protein: Works with ground beef or chicken too.
