Crockpot Raspberry Cobbler

A warm, gooey, and buttery dump-and-bake cobbler made right in the crockpot! This easy slow cooker cobbler recipe is perfect for busy nights when you need a no-fuss dessert that tastes homemade. Serve it warm with ice cream for the ultimate treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup sugar divided
  • 1 box yellow or vanilla cake mix
  • ½ cup melted butter 1 stick
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

Prep the Crockpot

  • Spray the inside with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.

Layer the Raspberries

  • Add raspberries to the crockpot. Sprinkle ¼ cup sugar and vanilla extract over them. Stir gently.

Make the Cobbler Topping

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, remaining ½ cup sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and milk. Stir until smooth.

Assemble & Cook

  • Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the raspberries. Cover and cook:
  • HIGH: 2–2.5 hours
  • LOW: 4 hours

Serve & Enjoy

  • Scoop into bowls while warm and top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
