Brown the Ground Turkey (or Chicken):

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned and cooked through. Once done, transfer it to your Crockpot.

Add Ingredients to Crockpot:

  • To the Crockpot, add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir everything together.

Cook on Low:

  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.

Cook the Spaghetti:

  • About 20-30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package directions.

Assemble and Serve:

  • Once the spaghetti is cooked, serve it with the Crockpot sauce over the top. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamy version, stir in some cream cheese or ricotta cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking. This adds a rich, smooth texture to the sauce!
