Corn Chaat recipe, Fried Corn Chaat recipe
Corn Chaat Recipe is the most delicious and most easiest snack that you will ever make. Made with Indian spices, this crispy and spicy fried corn chaat recipe is truly a delight.
For the fried corn
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour / maida
- oil for frying
For the chat masala
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 to mato finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
Take corn in a bowl and add black pepper powder, salt, red chili powder, rice flour, all purpose flour. Mix well. Add sufficient water and mix to coat the corn.
Heat oil in kadai and fry the corn till crisp. About 3 - 4 minutes. Strain from oil.
Take the fried corn in a bowl. Add the onion, tomato, chat masala coriander leaves, green chilli and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Your delicious corn chaat is ready to serve
