Easy & Quick Egg Masala Dry recipe-how to make dry egg masala
An easy and quick egg masala dry recipe which is made by boiling the eggs and applying few basic spices. Serve this with egg biryani, rice or just as a breakfast,
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
Boil the eggs. Remove the shells of the eggs and cut it into half. Set these cut eggs aside.
Heat oil in a wide pan. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell has gone from it.
Mix in the red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt well. Fry for a minute. Turn off the flame.
Place the cut eggs in the pan and gently coat the eggs with the prepared masala.
Your egg masala dry recipe is ready. Serve hot.
