Aam Ka Panna-Raw Mango Panna Recipe

I hate the soft or fizzy drinks. The amount of sugar present in the soft drinks repel me from them. Whenever we order take outs, we avoid the sodas as much as possible and order for water instead. Maybe we indulge in a fizzy drink once a month or even maybe less than that

  • 2 green raw mangoes
  • 1 cup grated jaggery
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Black salt to taste
  • Salt to taste


  • In a pressure cooker, place the mangoes along with 2 cups water.
  • Pressure cook for 10 minutes or till 3-4 whistles.
  • Allow the steam to escape and remove the skin from the mangoes.
  • Puree the mango pulp with hand blender.
  • Add the cumin powder, pepper powder, grated jaggery, black salt and salt and stir until the jaggery is dissolved
