Spicy Potato Fry- Spicy Aloo Fry
Simple and Easy Spicy Potato Fry
- 2-3 Potatoes cut into small cubes
- 5-6 whole red chillies
- 1 garlic pod
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon oil
Steam the cut potatoes in a steamer or boil till half done. Steaming the potato will allow us to use less oil while frying (I always steam my vegetables in the rice cooker along with rice.
While the potatoes are steaming, grind together garlic, chilies and salt to a course powder.
Heat oil and fry the potatoes till golden brown.
Add the ground powder. Serve hot.
