Vegetable Cheese Sandwich
The vegetable cheese sandwich is a great breakfast recipe that is not only tasty but also very easy to make.

- 4 Bread slices
- 1/4 cup grated Cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Onion
- 1/4 cup grated Cucumber
- 1/4 cup grated Carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped lettuce
Mix in all the vegetables in a bowl, add cheese.
