Ingredients

all-purpose flour / maida

packet / 11 gms instant yeast

warm water

whole milk
lukewarm

olive oil

mozzarella cheese
shredded

cup
halloumi cheese
shredded

beaten
Instructions
Add yeast, sugar, salt and yeast to the warm water. Let it activate for 5 minutes.
Add this water, milk and the beaten egg to the all purpose flour and mix.
Now add in the olive oil and knead for about couple of minutes. Cover with damp muslin cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, make 4 dough balls and roll into circles with the help of a rolling pin while dusting with flour.
Spread the shredded halloumi and mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven of 180 C for about 15 - 20 minutes. Serve hot.
