Beans Masala Sabji, Green Beans Masala Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 gms green beans cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds begin spluttering, add the cumin seeds.
  • Add in the onion, garlic and salt and fry till the onion turns brown.
  • Add in the tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and give it a stir.
  • Next throw in the green beans, give it a stir.
  • Cover and simmer till the beans are done.
