The beauty of the veg puff recipe or the vegetable puffs pastry is that you can make this filling with any number of vegetables you like. In my home, the little one is very fond of the green peas, and hence you will find the proportion of the green peas more. But if you would like to alter the veggies to suit the needs of your family, feel free to do so. The veg puff recipe or the vegetable puffs pastry is a very forgiving recipe.
As I have mentioned already in the chicken puff recipe, I used to love the hot puffs from the bakery as we didn’t have an oven in those days. Now with all the ready made puff pastries available along with oven, there is no excuse that we can skip this easy to make vegetable puffs pastry.
With the store bought puff pastry sheet, all you have to do is make a veggie filling of your choice and make an awesome veg puff recipe. You can find the puff pastries in the frozen section of the supermarkets. The taste is really awesome with the veggies. Just remember you can tweak it according to your family’s preferences.
