As I have made this Nutella Fudge cake, I would like to introduce you all to my dearest friend, Lubna. She was one of the very first persons that I befriended after I started my blog. Social media is a good place to gain some awesome friends. She very kindly invited me to guest post in her blog. At that time as I still very, very new to blogging, (I still feel like an infant in the blogging world), I was pretty ecstatic when she did. And then our friendship cemented. I am still in awe that she has been blogging since so long without giving up. I truly admire her for that. I would like you all to give her a visit at her wonderful blog, which serves up some awesome recipes, The Kitchen Flavors and try out her Microwave Chocolate, Oats & Banana Muffins & Cake

Hi, I just wanted to know what you do after the cake is cooked? Do you let it cool in the pan or do you turn it over on a wire rack? Please tell me exactly what you do?

      Hi Diya,
I do let it cool in the pan itself till it is slightly warm and then turn it over.
Please remember every oven is different, and temperature settings might vary from oven to oven. Best would be to start on the lower scale. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.

Thank you so much. Two more questions, Do you use a beater to mix the mixture? and Is it ok to use plain white flour?

          Hi Diya,
No, dear. I haven’t used the beater. Just a small hand whisk would be more than enough. And I guess, plain white flour and all purpose flour(maida) are one and same.
If you happen to try it out, do leave your valuable feedback!
