Ingredients

  • 4 Bread slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Onion
  • 1/4 cup grated Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup grated Carrot
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped lettuce

Instructions

  • Mix in all the vegetables in a bowl, add cheese.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the bread slices. Serve.
