Pudina Chutney Recipe is a delicious chutney which goes very well with rice. Simple to make and yet so delicious, this chutney is truly unique.

This chutney goes very well with the moong dal khichdi. For me khichdi is definitely not complete without this delicious pudina chutney recipe.

Ammi would always make this mint chutney whenever she made khichdi, and that has passed on to my family as well. Serve the mint chutney with khichdi and some papad and you have a meal ready in no time at all. None of these are time consuming. They are easy and simple to make with the most basic ingredients.

You will even find another variation of the mint chutney recipe on the blog. There is slightly little difference. In that variation I have added peanuts and in this pudina chutney recipe, I haven’t added them. As Ammi never added the peanuts, I rarely add them too.

You can even serve this pudina chutney recipe with some plain hot rice. A dash of ghee over it and you will find amazing dish ready in a jiffy.
