The pomfret fish fry recipe is pretty much similar to my previously shared crispy deep fried fish recipe. Just that in place of besan I add the corn flour here. The pomfret fish fry recipe is delicious among all fried fishes for me. Maybe second only to the king fish. Try it once to believe it. Pomfret Fish Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 gms pomfret slices
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix together the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, corn flour and salt in water to make a smooth paste.
- Coat the fish slices with this paste and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish till golden brown on each side. Your tasty pomfret fish fry recipe is ready to serve
