Kolhapuri Chicken Recipe is one such simple recipe which you can make easily at home and yet get the restaurant style taste and is as easy as it can be.
I do all the marination a day before for the kolhapuri chicken recipe. That is the beauty of this dish.
I prefer to cook and grind the masala paste and leave it for marination overnight.
Next day morning there is less stress where I can just put the marinated chicken in a pan and leave it to cook on it’s own and I can concentrate on getting other dishes and work done.
Ok, I don’t mean literally forget it for hours. Just till when it is cooked. But you do not have any grinding of chopping of other other ingredients.
You can even try marinating the chicken in the pan you are going to cook. That way, you just pop the pan from the fridge into the stove.
For the Kolhapuri Chicken Recipe the onion, tomato and other spices are first cooked and ground into a paste and then marinated with other ingredients in chicken overnight.
Try out this kolhapuri chicken recipe and let me know how it turned out, in sha ALLAH.
