Baked Salmon Recipe, Indian Style. Few foods pack a bigger nutritional value than salmon—it’s rich in protein, heart-helping omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin D.

When cooking the salmon recipe, be careful not to overcook it. Salmon is a very delicate fish and will retain much of its natural moisture when prepared properly. The pinkish colour of the salmon is so appealing to the eye.

This baked salmon recipe indian style will taste great with rice or anything you choose. The flavors of indian spices -garam masala, freshly ground cumin seeds, pepper and chili add a unique taste to this versatile salmon recipe. This indian spiced salmon recipe almost tastes like chicken.

My kids sometimes get confused and ask whether it is chicken or salmon. I just ask them to guess whether it’s a chicken or a salmon recipe. 🙂
