    Hello,

I really want to make this but a little confused with the recipe. So after cutting the sides of the bread, I put the bread in water, then remove excess water, and then put the stuffing? How will they stick together? Should I freeze them before frying them? I am worried about them opening in the oil.

Dear Sana, absolutely do not worry about the sticking part. When we dip the bread in the water, it really becomes very sticky and glues together really well without needing anything else. Just see to it, when you press the bread together between your palms, do it gently and there is no opening in it.Hope that helps.

Thank you so much Shanaz. I hope you try them as they are truly delicious. The cheese clicking-that credit should go to my son who patiently tolerated my shoot.

How much oil is used to fry the sandwiches, are they deep fried?

Hi Margaret. You have to deep fry the bread rolls in oil. Do let me know your valuable feedback if you happen to try it!

How about if I want to freeze them? Do I defrost it completely before frying?

      Hi Mulla,
I have never tried to freeze them & hence am not sure how they will turn out. I guess you can fry them like other frozen food as I am afraid, if you thaw, the bread might fall apart. Lemme try once and give you correct method.

I am afraid small brown bread would be difficult to fold in. The sandwich slices would e best for this recipe.
