Easy Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe
What You Need:
- 4 sandwich slices
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lettuce, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder
- 1 cucumber, chopped
How To Make:
- Mix the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, salt, lettuce, green chili, black pepper powder, and cucumber well.
- Add the olive oil and toss well. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
