Brownie in a mug recipe, microwave brownie recipe or the 2-minute brownie homemade recipe has to be one of the easiest and quickest for a brownie. Everybody loves brownie. But people don’t make brownie that often because they think it is a hassle. And you need a good oven, a beater, cake tins… The list goes on. Well, here is a simple, easy-to-make, brownie recipe which will never fail and it only requires a simple microwave, a ceramic mug (ceramic because it retains the heat well) and a fork. You also need a spoon to enjoy the brownie after you are finished in about 2 minutes. This brownie recipe is great when you have sudden guests at home. (ultram) Mix in the ingredients and serve them the brownie in 2 minutes.

My family couldn’t wait till I click the brownies. The pink mug was half finished before I could manage to click some snaps for posting the brownie recipe.

I make it regularly, it is definitely worth a try for a quick dessert. As there is no raising agents in the ingredients, it is definitely not cakey. Different than conventional baking, the texture is half way between fudgy and very moist brownie, but that is how my family loves the brownie.. But if u like more fluffy, you can cook the brownie in the microwave little bit longer.
