Brownie in a mug recipe, microwave brownie recipe or the 2-minute brownie homemade recipe has to be one of the easiest and quickest for a brownie. Everybody loves brownie. But people don’t make brownie that often because they think it is a hassle. And you need a good oven, a beater, cake tins… The list goes on. Well, here is a simple, easy-to-make, brownie recipe which will never fail and it only requires a simple microwave, a ceramic mug (ceramic because it retains the heat well) and a fork. You also need a spoon to enjoy the brownie after you are finished in about 2 minutes. This brownie recipe is great when you have sudden guests at home. Mix in the ingredients and serve them the brownie in 2 minutes.

My family couldn’t wait till I click the brownies. The pink mug was half finished before I could manage to click some snaps for posting the brownie recipe.

Method for making microwave brownie

1.In a bowl add refined flour, butter, coco powder, brown sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla essence, olive oil, icing sugar, condensed milk and mix well to form a batter.

2. Pour the batter into the mugs and sprinkle few chocolate chips on it.
3. Now place the mugs into the microwave for 2 minutes and serve the brownie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Refined Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 200 ml Condensed Milk

Instructions

    I’m interested in trying this but I wonder what is texture of this mug brownie like? When you tried it?

      I make it regularly, it is definitely worth a try for a quick dessert. As there is no raising agents in the ingredients, it is definitely not cakey. Different than conventional baking, the texture is half way between fudgy and very moist brownie, but that is how my family loves the brownie.. But if u like more fluffy, you can cook the brownie in the microwave little bit longer.

    how much condensed milk is 200 ml in cups? Can’t wait to try this.

      a little less than a cup.. Most of the time I add approximately out of the can, it turns out perfectly gooey.. thanks for stopping by.. Do let me know how it turned out, I am waiting
