السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

Aloo Keema recipe, Pakistani or the minced meat with the potato curry is yet again a veg and non-veg combination like the cabbage gosht or the matar keema. I love the potato and my hubby dearest loves the mutton and so what better way to have the best of both the ingredients. The aloo keema recipe, Pakistani is pretty simple to make like the keema palak or the keema recipe.

The aloo keema recipe that I am posting today is more of a simple fool-proof type from the Pakistani cuisine.

I made this recipe much like a trial the first time and couldn’t stop making it ever since. And it has become a regular feature in my household.

This curry is onion  and tomato based and hence this aloo keema recipe in the pakistani style pairs very well with rotis, chapati, naan or just plain steamed rice. You can even try this with the jeera rice or the khichdi.

You have to make a paste of the onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic and saute it in oil for some time after the oil starts to leaves the sides of the masala paste. then add the keema , potatoes and simmer till the keema and potatoes are cooked.

I generally prefer this aloo keema recipe pretty spicy and hence add in bit more red chili powder. But it is totally upto you how you would like the level of the spice.

There are few recipes that are really simple and yet so delicious to eat. This is just one of the many simple and yet delicious recipes that you would find on the blog.

If you have any requests that you would like me to post on the blog, do not hesitate to request and leave a reply in the comment section. In sha ALLAH, I’ll try my best to get your recipe on the blog soon.
