1). South Indian Fish Curry Recipe
I am sharing this south indian fish curry recipe which my neighbor taught me many years ago. She was from a town in Andhra Pradesh and the first time I tasted it, I am totally amazed by the taste and was left licking my fingers from it. I had to really, really, really learn it. And when I asked her for the recipe, I was just so amazed at the ingredient list that she gave me.

Some dishes are simply amazing to taste and easy to make. I have a love affair with such dishes and the Aloo Gosht recipe or the Aloo Gosht ka salan is definitely one of them. The simple ease of making such recipes, which do not require lot of ingredients and yet turn out so elegant is definitely a regular in my kitchen.

Mutton Masala recipe is one of my favorite dishes. Not only is it incredibly comforting but it is also really quick and simple to prepare. When I think I have nothing in the house to make for dinner, I almost always end up making Mutton masala recipe as it goes very well with anything, be it plain rice, roti, naan or any other type of rice or bread.

This methi dal recipe is pretty simple to make. We cook the dal and make the methi masala and give a tadka to finish off the recipe. I have used masoor dal this time, but it tastes just as good with moong or tuar dal too.
