It is not so very difficult to this paneer do pyaza recipe. All we need to do is mix the paneer with few spices and all purpose flour. The all purpose flour helps in coating the paneer with the spices well.
The spices will absorb well when we leave them with paneer for some time. Just 10 to 15 minutes will be more than sufficient to do the trick.
The name paneer do pyaza comes from the fact that we use onions twice. Once when we fry the onions at the beginning and then again we add them along with the paneer. When we add the onion for the second time it is not cooked much. The onion should still feel crunchy when we eat it.
